Lemon Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Roasted until perfectly caramelized, these Brussels sprouts get a bright lift from fresh lemon and a touch of honey for the perfect sweet-tangy finish. They’re cozy yet fresh—exactly what early spring calls for. Add a sprinkle of Parmesan or crispy bacon for an extra layer of flavor that takes them over the top.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Optional: shaved Parmesan or crispy bacon bits
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast 20–25 minutes until crispy and caramelized.
- Drizzle with honey and lemon juice.
- Finish with lemon zest and optional Parmesan.
