These protein balls are chewy, slightly sweet, and packed with energy—perfect for hikes, travel days, or stuffing in a backpack pocket without a second thought.
Ingredients

1 cup old-fashioned oats

½ cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

½ cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)

¼ cup ground flaxseed or chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
Optional add-ins: chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, dried cranberries, coconut flakes
Directions

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.

Chill mixture for 10–15 minutes if sticky.
